As I posed in front of the Christmas wreath that still hung up on Basecamp's door, I couldn't help but smile at the sight. It's always a nice surprise to see a bit of holiday cheer lingering in the air long after the holiday season has passed, and I have to admit, I love seeing people's decorations up all year long. It just adds a little extra joy to my day.
I struck a pose in my favorite jacket by Classic Rock Couture, feeling a bit silly but also feeling the joy of the season. The wreath was made of fresh pine and holly and was adorned with a red ribbon. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, savoring the moment and letting the festive atmosphere wash over me.
As I opened my eyes and Jessi snapped the picture, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the little moments of joy that pop up in our lives. Even though Christmas had come and gone, the spirit of the season lived on, and I was grateful to be a part of it.
