Having short hair can be a pain. My bangs get greasy pretty easily and my hair gets dirty even faster. It seems like I am always having to wash and dry and style my hair every day. This is not easy for me to do because I am always on the go and trying to shoot as much as I can. Here’s some of my daily hacks for maintaining my short hair :
- Washing and styling my hair the night before and sleeping on it. This way my hair has that adorable wave from sleeping on it. It's also a lot easier to style this way. Newly washed hair can be tricky because it's just way too slick.
- Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray : I also make sure to spray my bangs and hair with the dry shampoo spray before every shoot, I take it with me in my bag or in my car. Like I said the trick to the perfect bob is dry shampoo. Short hair tends to get greasy quickly. The dry shampoo spray also gives my hair more texture and way more volume on the ends for that perfect heavy 60s bob look.
- Clips: Clipping down your hair makes it easier to manage before a shoot. I use bigger clips that won't leave a mark on my hair. This way I can manage the hair before that perfect shot.
- Hairspray: I also spray hairspray over the top of my head and pat it down, this way no frizz, no fly aways occur. Works like a charm!
